  Rubber carpet - electroisolation





Electroisolation rubber carpet is produced according to the requirements of the international Standard IEC 61111:1992+AC:2000.

 

We offer this product in class 2 :

•  Max. working voltage : for alternating voltage – 17.000 V

for constant voltage - 25.000 V

 

Electroisolation rubber carpet is resistant against:

-acid – test to PN-IEC 61111 in H 2 SO 4 in 23°C during 8 hours

-oil – test according to PN-IEC 61111 in oil No. 1 in 70°C during 24 hours

-low temperature – test according to PN-IEC 61111 in 25°C during 18 hour

 

Tests for: checking the physical-mechanical parameters, ageing, burning resistance and resistance against puncture are conducted systematically.

-front : riffled

-bottom: plain or cloth-print

grey, or another agreed with customer

Electroisolation rubber carpet is tested for voltage trial with the effective AC voltage of 20 kV. The effective value of the AC withstanding voltage is min. 30 kV.

Protocol of the voltage test is attached to each piece of our electroisolation rubber carpet
